The Kant.ge website (“the Website”) and related services are made available to you in accordance with the following Terms & Conditions and any other rules posted on the Website. Please read the Terms & Conditions carefully before placing any orders on www.kant.ge. We recommend that you keep a copy of the Terms & Conditions for future reference.

By accessing, browsing, using or registering with the Website, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree to these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, you are not permitted to use the Website.

We wish to draw your attention in particular to our policies relating to the terms of purchase within the Terms & Conditions, and our Privacy Policy. We reserve the right to accept orders only from persons over 18 years of age.

We may modify the Terms & Conditions from time to time. Please read the Terms & Conditions and check back each time you use the Website. If you do not agree with any and all changes to the Terms & Conditions then you are no longer permitted to use the Website. Any change made after you have placed an order will not affect that order, except when the change is a legal requirement.

CONTRACT

Once payment has been received by us we will confirm that your order has been accepted by sending you an email at the address you provide on your order form. Our acceptance of your order brings into existence a legally binding contract between us.

REGISTRATION

You will need to register with us to be able to use some of the services and features made available on the Website. When registering you are required to provide information about yourself that is true, accurate, current, and complete in all respects.

PRICES

The prices payable for services that you order are as set out in our website. We reserve the right to change prices.

TAXES

All purchases from within the Georgia are charged VAT at 21%. Prices shown on the site are inclusive of VAT. Overseas orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches its destination country. We have no control over additional customs charges and as such, these charges are to be borne and paid by the purchaser.

PRODUCT

We make every effort to ensure that colors on the Website appear as realistic as possible. However, due to the constraints of digital reproduction on different web browsers, we cannot guarantee the exact color depiction. While every care is taken to ensure descriptions and measurements are accurate, some variations may occur. Measurements are approximate and may vary according to the size of the item.

SPECIAL ORDERS

Special order items are nonreturnable, either for credit or for refund, and such orders cannot be canceled once placed on a customer’s behalf. Special order items are clearly noted as such, and customers are required to sign (or click agreement to) a waiver specifying their understanding of, and agreement with, these terms.

CANCELATION

Advance payment on the website in nonrefundable.

OBLIGATIONS

The RENTING PARTY is obliged to submit an ID card when hiring ski gear and leave the ID card till ski gear is returned

The RENTING PARTY is obliged to return the hired ski gear back at the agreed deadline — up until 09.00 am of the next morning. Overtime will be considerate as a new day. Is case of non-return, the RENTING PARTY is obliged to pay a daily rental fee for each overdue day.

The RENTING PARTY is obliged to take care of the hired inventory, and in case of loss or damage (breakdown of any ski gear hired, straps, or other severe damage) the gear value price is paid for the damage item

In case when the hired skies and/or snowboards sliding layer is damaged (when white layer is visible) the RENTING PARTY pays penalty according to the price list presented in the Ski Renting Sore “KANT”

OTHER CONDITIONS

The agreement shall come into force from the moment of its signature by the Parties and shall be valid until the expiration of the rights and obligations arising out of the parties. The agreement may be amended by mutual consent of the Parties. All additions and amendments should be presented in written forms

In the event of an early return of the ski equipment after the rental fee has been paid, no refunds shall be granted for the unused period. An exception is made solely in the case of a physical injury that prevents the further use of the equipment. To be eligible for a refund in this case, the Renter must provide an official medical certificate from a hospital or a formal report from the local police department

SECURITY

We accept bank transfers and the following cards: VISA, MasterCard. The Company does not collect or record any credit or debit card details you may provide when purchasing products from the Website. All information concerning payment card is transmitted through the SSL protocol and therefore secured against misuse.
